   Today's words are:

SEX

AND

INTIMACY

Yesterday I had the privilege of attending a ladies-only

event where the guest speaker was a sex and intimacy 

coach  - I loved how this space allowed us to speak 

openly about taboo subjects and how it gave us all 

permission to explore what this means for us.
