As I face a personal challenge, I am reminded of how 

easy, it is to get ' sucked in' to feel sorry for yourself,

and to focus on the negative rather than the positive and,

the antidote to that is Gratitude - this naturally creates 

focus on the positive and helps you to re-frame!
