 My 3 Words Today! 13th April 2022   

  Today's words are:

SPEND

TIME

OUTSIDE

This week I have been able to get back outside for

my morning exercise and it helped me realise just

how much I've missed it during the colder months.

Being surrounded by green space and breathing in

fresh air is so good for the soul.
