EMPTY

SPACE

I am a busy person - I always have a lot going

on, which I love and am grateful for - but I've 

     learned to recognize that I need to give my body -

and my mind - a rest, and so I actively create

 'empty space in my diary - this is time for me to

 focus on giving myself what I need.
