SPACE

Today my meditation reminds me of the importance 

of allowing yourself time to DO NOTHING -not

           watching tv, nor on social media, nor talking to someone,

nor planning, nor organizing - just taking time to do

nothing , to disconnect from the busy-ness of life  and

reconnect to you!
